Gorata Leslie Mandedu
Managing Director and Founder
Gorata founded Compulsory Scorecard in 2017 and leads the company’s technical direction, system design, site surveys and quoting. Every project is his personal responsibility from first visit to handover.
He holds a BEng in Computer and Telecommunications Engineering from the Botswana International University of Science and Technology (BIUST), covering networks and IT infrastructure, wireless and radio systems, cybersecurity fundamentals, embedded systems and data analysis.
He completed a Control and Instrumentation attachment at Morupule Coal Mine, working on PLCs, SCADA, industrial networks, plant data systems and variable speed drives, and has built RFID and GPS tracking systems end to end, from hardware to live dashboard. He is registered with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB) of Botswana as a Graduate Engineer.
