What this website collects

Nothing is sent to or stored on our servers by this website. There are no cookies and no analytics. Your quote list is saved only in your own browser’s storage so it stays there between visits; you can clear it at any time from the quote list.

When you contact us

Forms open WhatsApp or your email app with your message filled in. We receive only what you choose to send, use it to reply and prepare quotes, and keep it as long as needed for the enquiry, any resulting work and our legal records.

Other services

If you choose WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) handles your message under its own privacy policy. Email goes through your own email provider. The single-file preview of this site loads fonts from Google Fonts; the hosted version serves its fonts itself.

Your rights

Under Botswana’s Data Protection Act, 2024 you may ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy. You may also complain to the Information and Data Protection Commission.

CCTV, biometrics and tracking

When we install systems that handle personal data, we help you put up signs, set retention periods, limit who can view recordings, obtain consent for biometrics and personal tracking, and carry out an impact assessment where the law requires one.
